To the customers in Creekside Estates.

*Or any other customer in this area that experienced a loss of pressure during this time*

 

Due to water quality concerns cause by a line break on Thursday, July 3, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality TCEQ) has required our water system, Onalaska Water Supply 1870009, to notify all customers of Creekside Estates *Or any other customer in this area that experienced a loss of pressure during this time* that a DO NOT CONSUME ADVISORY  is now in effect for the residents of Creekside Estates.

 

 You may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source. When the water is safe, the water system officials will notify you that the water is safe for consumption.

 

What Should You Do:

  • Do not drinkthe water from taps, including in homes, businesses, or any other establishments. 
  • Do not cook or prepare foodwith the water.
  • If you have already consumed the water and are experiencing any symptoms (such as stomach upset, nausea, or diarrhea), please seek medical attention immediately.
  • Use bottled water for drinking, cooking, and personal hygiene until the issue is resolved.

 

What We Are Doing:
Our team is working around the clock to address the issue and restore the water supply to safe standards. We are conducting thorough testing and will provide updates as soon as the situation is resolved.

PUBLIC NOTICE TO BOIL WATER

Public Notice to Boil Water
To the customers of Creekside Estates, Texas Acres, May Drive, and Hanson Rd.
*Or any other customer in this area that lost water pressure during this time*
Due to reasons beyond our control (loss of pressure due to a main break) on Thursday, July 3, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality TCEQ) has required our water system, Onalaska Water Supply 1870009, to notify all customers of Creekside Estates, Texas Acres, May Drive, and Hanson Rd.*or any other customer in this area that lost water pressure during this time*, the need to boil their water prior to consumption.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to use. The water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, the water system officials will notify you that the water is safe for consumption. Instructions to discontinue boiling will be issued in the same manner as this notice.
