Onalaska Water and Gas Supply offers a variety of payment options for you. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Changes effective November 1, 2020.

Pay Online with Credit or Debit or Bank Account

Customers can access our easy-to-use online portal to view and pay bills online, schedule payments, sign up for AutoPay and go paperless. Registration is not required for one-time payments. Just click the Pay Your Bill Now button to the right or below. The transaction is encrypted and secure. A $1.25 + 4% fee applies for online payments.

Pay by Phone

Call toll-free, 24 hours a day, to pay your water or gas bill with your credit or debit card using our automated phone payment system. A $1.25 + 4% fee applies for phone payments. Water and Gas Bill Payment (866) 325-5778.

Payment by Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send the bill stub with your payment. Our mailing address is: PO Box 2463, Onalaska, TX 77360.

Pay with Automatic Bank Draft

The amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. To set up Automated Bank Draft, stop by our office and bring a voided check. No fee is applied for each payment to water or gas.

Pay in Person at the Office

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders.

After Hours Drop Box

Just drop your payment and bill stub in the drop box located in our parking lot.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Most banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service through the bank's website. Please consult with your bank for more information.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet. We will not sell your information to anyone. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
